“If there is one word that describes
our form of society in
America,
it may be the word: voluntary.”
~Lyndon

Color Guard is a volunteer driven team, committed to bringing honor to the Air Force, respect to the American flag, and providing service to those who feel the same sense of gratitude for the freedoms of this nation as we do.
This year Color Guard is going to be a little different. It will be more intense and require more commitment than ever. We perform such details as honoring a retired four-star General, present the flag at BYU football and basketball games, Court of Honor presentations, explaining to little children about patriotism and flag etiquette, leading the 4th of July parade, and many many more.
The service is satisfying, skill and dedication is required to perform, and a love of flag and country is priority. We will learn how to care for, fly, and respect the flag. We will become skilled with many intricacies of performing details so they run smoothly and look professional, done with ease and precision. If you intend to be a part of this team of your motivated peers, come prepared to work hard, have fun, and learn more than you thought possible.
