What You Need to Know
We are more than happy to accommodate your request provided the following criteria is adhered to:
- Availability - At least 3 Color Guard members need to be able to attend
- The presentation must occur towards the beginning of the event.
- Compatibility - You are responsible for providing your own flags (US and State/Service) and/or stands. If unable to do so, please contact C/Capt. Spicer to arrange accommodations
- Facility must be able to provide ample room, including height, for proper respect of the flag and room for the performance
- Please allow 1-2 weeks notice before event
- We will arrive approximately 30 minutes before the event
- Provide a contact representative with whom we can discuss ceremony timeline (ie Announcing the ceremony, national anthem, Pledge of Allegiance, etc.)
What You Can Expect
You will receive prompt, professional, and courteous service. We will strive to accommodate all situations and/or needs. We provide the following services at your request:
- Presentation of the Colors (ceremony takes approximately 5 minutes)
- Instruction on flag etiquette and patriotism
Where We Perform
We will peform at any events where proper respect for the flag is accorded, such as:
- Parades
- Tribute Events
- Sporting Events
- Eagle Courts of Honor
- Funerals
- Social Events/Dinners
- Reunions
